Lead Vet - Large Animal

Located: Ashburton

If you are an experienced dairy vet ready to step up to leadership, we have a large animal lead vet role. You will lead and be a part of a small but growing team of farm animal vets supported by five technicians. You will relish the chance to grow and develop the business with plenty of scope for initiatives, new thinking and new approaches.

Lead Vet - Companion Animal

Located: Ashburton

You will oversee our busy small animal practice as well as immerse yourself in the day-to-day clinical caseload. You will lead a team of nurses and other companion animal vets to continue to grow and develop our modern well- resourced clinic. Treat it as your own. Relish the challenge.

Companion Animal Veterinarian 

Located: Queenstown 

About the role:

The veterinary industry is changing continually, our equipment is state of the art and many of our services and products are innovative and ground breaking. We proudly provide these nationwide in modern vet clinics alongside rural and urban communities.

To help us to continue to do this and maintain our market leading position, we are looking for an experienced Companion Animal Veterinarian to roll up their sleeves and join our Queenstown clinic. This is a part-time position (preferably 24-32 hours per week) starting immediately.

We are looking for an energetic team player who will complement our team well.  Queenstown is a perfect location for anyone who wants the best of both worlds with access to countless outdoor recreational activities. It is a great area for families and keen outdoor enthusiasts.

Our clinic is well equipped with everything you would expect. We have a team of excellent support staff and nurses, and great veterinarians who you will be working alongside.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • 1 – 5 year’s veterinary experience.
  • You should be organised self-motivated, enjoy learning on the job if need be and have a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A strong customer service ethic.
