Due to a current staff member relocating to another country, we are seeking an exceptional person to join our professional, caring & fun team.  In this role your focus will be to provide a front of house service to our clients and staff alike, at a very high standard.  This is a full-time position and includes rostered Saturdays. 

Our preferred candidate will have experience in the agriculture industry or previously worked in a veterinary clinic.  Focus would be 80% large animal, 20% companion animal.  We are a predominantly dairy practice with a variety of other patients on our doorstep.

If you are a customer service guru without experience in the agricultural or veterinary industry, we still want to hear from you as full technical training will be provided.

• The ability to provide a memorable service, care to clients and patients alike
• A drive and passion for outstanding client and patient care
• Work well individually and as part of an amazing team
• Keen to get involved with all aspects of the clinic – your opportunities for “better work stories” are endless.
• Administrative skills
• Knowledge of on farm animal health products and practices
• Great communication skills as you will be the ‘hub’ of the front of house space
• Enthusiastic and driven with a willingness to learn
• Compassionate, understanding and friendly with an outgoing personality!

To be successful in your application we require someone with a strong team mentality, the ability to form and strengthen customer relations, time management, attention to detail and reliability.  Also, a veterinary technician qualification would be an advantage.
