An inherent part of her job will be to work in closely with vets, vet nurses and front staff to ensure these standards are met and that the training and development for these staff groups is designed to complement the standards of quality and best practice.

 

As we continue to grow there is a need for products, services and advice to be consistent across all branches. Achieving this will ensure VetEnt is offering a superior service to our clients and patients.  Leadership from a central figure who knows our business will help achieve these goals and she will be seeking input from key staff to get this process in place.
